LifeSpring Women’s Ministries meets every Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Our weekly meetings consist of making beautiful quilts, creating wonderful crafts and collecting other items to sell in our Women’s Ministries Booth in the church lobby. We conclude each meeting with a devotional and prayer. LifeSpring Women operates as an auxiliary group that raises funds to help with the following projects:
Missions: LifeSpring Women supports Global Missions through the Assemblies of God. We also support Home Missions through the SoCal Network’s Project Hope for whom we have raised thousands of dollars over the years to support these projects.
We also support our local Teen Challenge by providing sheet sets along with quilts we lovingly make for the men who come into the program. We provide everything they need to get a good night’s sleep!
School Backpacks: LifeSpring Women provide local elementary schools with brand new backpacks for students whose families are unable to purchase their own.
Youth Scholarships: We provide registration costs for some of our students to attend the SoCal Network Youth Camp and Youth Convention each year.
Women’s Bible Studies: Laurie O’Brien leads “Fresh Grounded Faith”, a Bible Study that meets every Wednesday morning at 10 AM. The women who attend this study say they love it!
