Sermon Notes
Repentance is not Just Saying Sorry. An Apology is Worthless Without Action and THAT is the Key to Morality. The Natural Law comes from CHRIST, and Understanding that unlocks Spiritual Maturity. Repentance, Forgiveness and Baptism are just some of the ways we become Right with God. The first key principle discussed is Repentance from Dead Works . humanity has fallen, and it is futile to rely on rituals or sacrifices to obtain salvation. Instead, salvation is found solely in faith in Jesus Christ, who is the only way to redemption. We are saved by grace through faith, not by works or religious observance. Next, Faith in God , The Bible declares that God is the Creator of all things. Morality stems from God, and understanding His nature and attributes is critical for deepening our faith. We need to trust in the unchanging character of God, whose presence and power can be seen in the created world. The third principle addressed is the Doctrine of Baptisms , which explores the significance of baptism as an ordinance in the Church. Baptism is a public declaration of faith and salvation, a symbol of death to sin and new life in Christ. Scriptures Referenced:
