When you look at your spiritual leaders, what do you see? 

When Paul described himself to the people of Corinth, he took the wind out of their arguments. You don’t have enough information to judge whether one man is better or not.  Paul seeks to give them a balanced perspective. What do we have that we have not been given?  Each leader is on assignment from God.  His direction and his message are given by Father God.  God knows the difference between men… but we do not.

Our efforts sometimes give glory to men.  Glory belongs solely to God.  A wise Christian does not become a fan of one leader over another.
